My name is Richee Chang and I’m a toy photographer. I took on the name Noserain (nose•rain) to honor my hero, Kobe Bryant. In Korean, the word “nose” is pronounced “ko” and “rain” is pronounced “be”. In 2017, I started my toy photography journey by channeling Kobe’s Mamba Mentality mindset of practicing, being consistent, and improving everyday. Since then, I’ve explored various styles of toy photography, but focus primarily on conceptual and playful ideas in my work. I’ve met and befriended so many great people along the way, and have had the opportunity to work on campaigns featuring various properties such as Star Wars, Marvel, Transformers, Power Rangers, and more. Toy photography has been the best way for me to express myself creatively and I look forward to seeing where else it takes me.
